How Do We Parse Addresses?

The method in which you are access data from us (bulk or API) determines how you will parse addresses.

If you are using the API, then we have built-in address parsing which will attempt to parse, standardize, and reconcile the submitted address to an address in our database. Typically we see between a 70-80% match rate across most of our clients using our API. If you are accessing our data via bulk export file delivery, then it would be up to you to build a system that can match your addresses against the properties we've supplied. We can help with some recommendations if required.
